That Worship School (TWS) is Singapore’s first music school dedicated to church musicians who want to grow in their skills as an individual within a worship band.
We don’t just teach individuals how to play better, we train musicians to play together. Whether you're a vocalist, keyboardist, guitarist, bassist, or drummer, you'll learn how to flow, gel, and minister as one team.
Through our pedagogical approach, students will experience the dynamics, discipline, and spiritual sensitivity required to serve as a together worship band, on top of improving their individual technical skills.
Founded by TK Teo, also known as @thatworshipkeyboardist on the social media space, That Worship School exists to raise a new generation of
tight, Spirit-sensitive, stage-ready worship bands across all skill levels.
John 4:24 reminds us to worship in Spirit and in Truth. Worship isn't just about playing well, it’s also serving in sync, responding to the Spirit, and building up the church - and that's what we aspire for all our students.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
TK Teo, also known as @thatworshipkeyboardist, is a music director, keyboardist and content creator shaping the next generation of worship musicians in Singapore and beyond.
As the keyboardist and music director for local worship band, The Encounter, and a touring musician with the Taiwanese worship band, Stream of Praise 赞美之泉, TK brings real-world worship team experience into every lesson. His unique approach bridges musical excellence with spiritual sensitivity, training musicians to play not just notes, but in unity with the Spirit and the band.
A self taught keyboardist, guitarist, bassist and drummer,
TK is able to effectively communicate his thoughts through demonstration and break down the technicalities in a way
that allows students to understand easily, even if you are
not trained in music theory!
With a strong online persona that has amassed millions of views across Instagram and TikTok, TK has become one of Singapore’s most visible voices in worship education,
breaking down worship keys, sounds, and setups for generations of church musicians.
